Bachelor of Arts in Business

Giving students a well-rounded introduction to the world of business, this degree specializes in developing leadership skills to better prepare students to become effective, caring Christian managers.
Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration
(Online format now available!)
This major prepares students for management careers in healthcare.
Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management
This degree program focuses on areas of responsibility common to this career path while keeping students up-to-date on contemporary issues and concerns in the field.
Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Curriculum
(Offered in Austin and DFW)
The B.A. in Elementary Curriculum is designed for students who intend to attain a teaching licensure and want to pursue a career in teaching at a public or private school.
Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Technical Management
The Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree is designed to provide a path from Applied Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree programs to a Bachelor’s program. The Technical Management major provides a selection of business courses in which students learn how to apply core business skills within their own career field.
Bachelor of Business Administration
Receiving a BBA with a concentration in Management will prepare students for positions and careers requiring leadership and managerial skills, as well as graduate studies. The focus of management courses is on personal and organizational behavior, and other coursework provides a strong quantitative foundation for management.
ADP Minors
Concordia University offers a wide range of emphasis areas that are designed to complement the ADP major programs.

After completing three years of college right out of High School, picking up and finishing my degree later did not seem to be a problem. Little did I know then how hard and frustrating that would be ten years later following marriage, three children under the age of seven, and a full time job. Without Concordia University’s Accelerated Degree Program, my Bachelor’s degree would still be out of reach. I could not find another University that could mesh with my already busy lifestyle. Concordia has been a true blessing and God send. I have a purpose again, to better myself, to teach my children that it is never too late to follow your dreams to reach that goal, and hard work is required in anything you do that is worth the while!
