If you lack the business prerequisite courses in your undergraduate work, we recommend that you use the pre-tests available from Ivy software to evaluate your own readiness for graduate level business courses. If you score below 80% on the pre-test, you should take the Ivy course. Click here for information on accessing these tests.
These are not classroom-based courses. They are delivered through a combination of printed material and computer material. You access the material at your own pace and convenience. Each course consists of a series of pretests, problems, and a final exercise. Each course requires a fifteen or twenty hour investment of time, including reading and computer time.
Because Concordia believes that adult learners can take responsibility for their own learning and success, it is your responsibly to master the prerequisite skills prior to the term for which the skills are required. You must also have a mastery of basic business math and be proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
